14 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
Although we strive for 100% satisfaction every time you shop with us, in the unlikely event you're not happy we will give you a full refund.
All you need to do is drop us an email at Customer Services with your order ID, and reason for return. We will send you a returns note that is to be included with your return.
If the product for whatever reason is damaged or faulty then we will send a replacement free of charge and cover the return postage back to our returns centre.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be only be accepted if the products are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their unopened original packaging. If you are returning the product in a re-saleable condition as you have changed your mind, then it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any return costs, ensuring that the item is sent tracked and insured to prevent any loss. A re-stocking fee / Packaging fee will also be charged equivalent to 5% of the product cost or £5 which ever is the higher.
To return the product you must follow these steps:

4. Once the item has been received it will be checked for quality purposes
